No Skyview Turkey Bowl This Year (2011)

Last year we held the first Skyview Turkey Bowl. It was a great time! Players from the 2010 football team played flag football against Skyview football alumni. The 2010 Storm beat the Alumni Storm 4 – 0.

This year we planned to take it to the next level and have proper uniforms (T-Shirts) and color coordinated flags, food… And actually getting permission to use the field. That’s another story altogether.

Since the 2011 Storm are in the middle of their state tournament run there won’t be Turkey Bowl this year. Congratulations guys! See you on Saturday!

We are pleased to announce that we were featured as the second episode of Chris Martin’s video documentary series Innovators Of Vancouver. In this episode Chris takes you behind the scenes of one of our Storm Profile Portrait shoots and covers why we do what we do with Skyview High School.

Yearbook Deadline Set For Senior Portrait Submission

The deadline to submit your Senior Portrait to the Skyview Yearbook is November 4th 2010.

Let’s help out the yearbook crew and not wait till the last minute to submit photos to them.

If you’ve had your senior portraits created by us, let us know your pick ASAP so we can get it submitted for you. All you need to do is give us the ID number from your proof page. Let us know at info@davescottphoto.com. If you’ve had your senior portraits produced by someone other than us, call them to let them know about the Skyview deadline.

If you have not had your senior portraits done yet and you want them in the yearbook, get in contact with the photographer you plan to use so you don’t miss the deadline!

For those that don’t know, this site is my personal project and I have been running it since the 2007 Football season. It now contains just over 4,500 images. There are a lot of talented students at all of our schools but I had to pick one for my personal project so I chose Skyview High School.

Chris Martin, from Chris Martin Studios in Vancouver WA heard about this project of mine and has decided to included me in his Innovators Of Vancouver project. We (Jordan, Ryan, and myself) will be featured in the second episode of this online video documentary series. I am stoked to be included in this series as I will be in very good company. Local Realtor, Dale Chumbley was featured in the first episode for his great work on his personal project 365 Things To Do In Vancouver, WA.
